Sales and Operations
For this project, I was tasked to create both an insert with sales content and instructions for the customer, as well as instructions for the Operations team for packing and shipping baked goods. I researched the current process and made recommendations for process improvements. These resulted in the attached Operations document. I found a stock image that worked well for the insert, wrote the copy, and designed the attached Sales insert.
