I’m an Austin-based Senior Technical Writer/Editor and Content Developer/Strategist with 15 years experience.

For the last year and a half, I’ve worked as a contract Technical Writer/Project Manager for TEKsystems supporting Meta’s Global Security Intelligence & Investigations team. I also contracted with Apple as a Technical Editor and then Lead Localization Project Coordinator before spending nearly 10 years as a Senior Technical Writer at Pearson.

I’m great at building partnerships and collaborating across teams to tackle complex projects with the use of data analytics, support call drivers, and customer feedback. I pride myself on creating and improving documentation to empower users to explore tools and confidently navigate products. I also enjoy collaborating with UX designers to draft UI content strings and provide design feedback.

I routinely take on freelance writing, editing, and graphic design projects as well. For example, I recently wrote an employee handbook for a small local business and periodically design websites and logos for local musicians. One of my all-time favorite projects was editing The Hog Book, by Chef Jesse Griffiths, which won a James Beard award in 2022.
